Scroll-built home
A full construction time-lapse that moves only when the visitor scrolls.
A luxury home builder site where scrolling builds the house, from a glowing blueprint on red soil to the front door at dusk.

High-end developers sell homes that do not exist yet. Renders on a white page look like every other listing, and buyers paying KES 100M and more want to trust the builder before they ever book a viewing.
We generated a construction time-lapse of a Karen villa with AI video, then cut every clip into sharp AVIF frames that play only as you scroll. A blueprint traced from the finished house glows over the empty plot, stage labels track the build, and the camera walks up to the open front door. The interior and the aerial neighbourhood shots scrub the same way, with smooth weighted scrolling, film grain and gold serif typography.
Visitors control the time-lapse themselves, so they watch the whole build instead of skimming. The site moves them from the story to the residences, the build process and a private viewing request in one smooth path, and it reskins for any developer, agency or contractor.
A full construction time-lapse that moves only when the visitor scrolls.
The real house traced in light over the empty plot before building starts.
Interior and aerial shots play with the scroll too, never autoplaying.
Residences, the build process and a viewing request a tap away.
